Cancelling Before Shipment 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.

If your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Orders Already Shipped 

Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. 

However, you may initiate a return once the product is delivered, according to our Return and Refund Policy. 

This ensures you still have the flexibility to manage your order after delivery. 

Order Modifications 

We do not currently allow changes to items or shipping addresses after an order is placed. 

If you need to update your order, the best approach is to cancel it (if eligible) and place a new one with the correct details.
